Some years ago I started working at a restaurant, a little 'for fun and a little' taste, to offer my clients a licorice liquor prepared by me using only natural ingredients and genuine, just as those who would prepare at home for their loved ones.
The enthusiasm and found repeated compliments received, led me to take a radical decision and convinced me to totally change the business address.
So, as I loved prepare them for my clients, I started to produce the same spirit with the idea to wet your appetite of many people as possible on a national scale. I propose that only quality products and we use only certified raw materials, alcohol, sugar and a slow process that, in the finished work, we can say that is a true artisan product.
To date, the quality of my products has given me reason, as the feedback and enthusiasm of my clients has confirmed that the road taken was the right one.
Although my "craft limits" does not always allow me to fulfill all, I still follow my original recipe and study, according to my passion, new products to whet the palate with a growing audience of admirers.
